Fitness for Life

DESCRIPTION

This course will give students a comprehensive and practical view of the importance of fitness in their lives. They will learn the underlying fundamentals of a fit for life attitude. In addition to reading in the textbook, students are required to complete a Portfolio of Fitness, which includes Self-assessments and Activities; this provides them with the opportunity to get active and build fitness.
