The Babbage Net School Employee Skills Program is a subscription based program. A company can subscribe for a number of enrollments for a year. Employees are named to an enrollment position. Since the skill level from employee to employee, the time an employee spends completing their program will vary. Once an employee finishes their lessons the company can name another employee to fill the enrollment position. We estimate employees will take about 10 weeks on average to go through the program. This is assuming part time involvement in the program. In this way the company can put many more employees through the program than the number of enrollments subscribed. The cost of each enrollment is $500 for the year with a minimum number of 10 enrollments. The number can be increased at any time.
