- The live, interactive classes at the Babbage Net School are
like summer school classes at any other school. The students meet with the
teacher in a highly interactive virtual classroom. The teacher conducts the
class by talking to the class, displaying material and writing on a board.
Students can raise their hands, ask questions and answer questions. Classes
meet four days a week at the scheduled times. Class work and homework are
assigned and checked by the teacher. Tests and other assessments are graded by
the teacher.
- The only difference is that the teacher and students are in
different locations. There is no need to find transportation to the school. You
can attend class from home, work or even from another state while on vacation.
Just log-in at the scheduled time to attend class.
- Also available for students taking the in August is a test
prep program. These on-line individualized learning programs are
more than just an interactive study tool. They provide the student with an
ideal on-line learning environment that is accessible at any time from any
location. Students log-in at their convenience and follow the self paced
curriculum.

- Summer School courses may not be taken for acceleration. The
courses are for remediation when a student has already completed a
course.
- Be sure to see your Guidance Counselor to make sure the course
will meet your school's requirements. And, make arrangements to take any
required Regents Exams since they are only available at certain schools.
